Ann Cabano is a passionate advocate for humanity, giving voice to the human experience by shining a light on the existential shadows of the psyche and sharing what she discovers.
As a documentary film maker, holistic educator and passionate advocate for social awareness, she combines her unique skills to create a sacred space for individuals to dig deep into the unseen layers of trauma and love.

Ann has a Bachelor of Divinity in Ministerial Counseling and Metaphysical Healing, is a trained Life Coach, Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher with over 11 years experience as an instructor at an accredited holistic college in Tempe, Arizona.
She has been trained in Traditional and Transformational Reiki in Arizona, as well as Jikiden Reiki in Kyoto, Japan and in 2013. Ann co-created the first ReikiShare conference, a groundbreaking gathering which opened new conversations and connections within the Reiki community.
As an entrepreneur Ann has founded several businesses in the past. Banana Soul Girl hosted an annual event for 9 years and was a creative and artistic boutique designed to incubate and offer entrepreneurial support to indie artists in the valley by showcasing their wares. The Energy Mover was a holistic business that ran a reiki share circle for 5 years, hosted workshops and community building circles.
Ann co-founded the non-profit ONe TRUe LOVe in 2010. ONe TRUe LOVe serves the valley’s homeless population and raised funds to purchase and build out a food truck to serve meals on the streets. Ann retired from OTL in August of 2015.
Ann also co-founded IndieAZ Fest, a film festival aimed at supporting the Arizona film community and raising money for charity. IndieAZ Fest was retired in January of 2016.
Ann attended Arizona State University 1986-1987, studying for a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. After raising her three children she attended University of Phoenix for Business Management and earned a Master Massage Therapist degree from The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Ann also studied Documentary film making at Scottsdale Community College.
Ann has lived in Arizona since 1978 and is a proud mother to three adult children and grandma to two grandchildren.
